I layed off staff, cut back on everything, isolated myself and personalised my troubles. That led to free fall.

My favourite one-liner is … “the sweetest fruits are on the outside branches”.  I had lived on these nourishing branches but my retrenchment took me to being a “trunk hugger”. Hanging on tight to where I thought  it was safest, that strong trunk of the tree. But soon I realised the trunk has no fruit.

I called for help and help came. Bit by bit I gained the confidence to return to those outside branches, and once again with help I received my share of the nourishing fruits of life.

Today, by growing my knowledge, by building relationships across a large number of support people, I live out with the fruits. Resilient Farmer is here to help you to learn more about these exciting journeys.
